The dealer replaced the windshield, still leaking.

Funny, I too have the same roof leak with water coming in around the sunglass holder and no roof rack, no sun roof.

To reproduce leak:
1. Park car with the car facing downhill, if its flat or facing uphill it usually doesn't happen or if it does its quite small.
2. put hose on roof, water starts entering from the sunglass holder area. I never bothered to isolate where the water gets in....

Downhill must be the key... I have had my '14 RT since the end of February had have not noticed any water penetration until last night - parked facing downhill in the circle drive at a friend's house. Rain came through while we were there and as soon as I put the car in gear (creating a shift), a large amount of water poured out at/near the headliner/sunglass holder.

Do I have a sunroof? Yes. Has it ever been opened? No.

Spark, just bought a 2014 r/t awd without sunroof and looks like I have this same problem. How did you resolve this. Also noticed drops of water coming from the Drivers side A pillar just above the defroster vents.

This sounds like a failing windshield seal.

As for the sunroof issue (I had it too) it happens when parked on a significant incline (facing downhill) - rain will enter at the front of the sunroof and collect in the roof tray (per design), but it seems like the drains are set in such a way that that water sits forward of the drains and doesn't drain. When you exit the incline and drive away, the water shifts and the now accumulated water is taller than the inside lip of the tray and the water overflows.

If aware that the possibility exists, this can be avoided by parking on level surfaces, facing uphill, or if downhill, then slowly creeping off the incline so that the drains can drain off the shifting water before overtopping the lip.

There aren't many places water can infiltrate. If you don't have a sunroof, it's got to be a windshield seal. If you bought your car used, the windshield may have been replaced and not done right. If you have a sunroof the drain is likely clogged. Since about the early 80s, sunroofs have been designed to "leak" and then drain through a tube/channel. Before that, they tried to actually seal them altogether, but of course they leaked all the time.

Thanks for the input. This one does not have the sunroof, nor any factory roof racks installed. I can't confirm if the windshield is original,but I confirmed it has the OEM Mopar stamp on the glass, so it's likely original. Aftermarket windshield shops around here would tend to not use OEM as the insurance company's try and force them. Just had that battle with my wife's vehicle and won based on the options it had requiring OEM.

But I think you might be on to something with the gasket. It's a newer style windshield that looks rimless so the gasket sits below it.

Wondered if others experienced this and if there might be a Star Bulletin covering the issue anywhere?.

Replaced the vehicle. Literally. That leak was only the cherry on top of the other issues I had with that vehicle. While it's a great vehicle, their design team must have spent the majority of their time at work severely inebriated and only spent one week with a single test mule. The windshield design is terrible and like the side molding at the bottom of the other windows is a debris trap and a pain to clear/clean, add in the fact that the outer seal with the intent to prevent water from making its behind the edge of the windshield doesn't work based on design and installation.
