Default Mopar CAI

Has anyone gotten the MOPAR CAI for the Durango? Its PN 77070041 and the link for install instructions:http://www.moparonlineparts.com/docs/77070041.pdf

Does your CAI make a wooshing noise like some cold air intakes? Is it louder than stock? My wife is very meticulate about the noise(since my subaru I had before made that noise and she HATED IT) and I want to make sure she won't be ticked at me for getting it. Thanks for the info guys!

Don't have the Mopar unit but have the Volant and under accelleration there's definately a slight wooshing intake type noise but nothing overwhelming at all and since I've gotten the exhaust it's not noticable at all..good luckl!

I have had both. Neither are loud just a decent growl under WOT. I love my Mopar CAI!

Sweet Thanks sinsiteert. Depending on how much the RT grill is(the R/T's use color matched grills) I am either getting it or the CAI. I want the CAI the wife wants the color matched grill. We have 500$ credit to spend on the dealership. I think the grill is going to bust the 500(which I would like it to) so the we can default back to the CAI

buy the intake and have your grill sanded and painted.

So I got the intake put in thursday morning. When the tach is in the green, you can't tell the difference between it and stock, but the harder you press on the throttle the more the volume. So far the WAF(Wife approval factor) is a tentative yes.
Here is a pic of it installed:
