I just picked up my 2012 Dodge Durango Crew (5.7) and AWD.. I'm so chuffed. As soon as I got home though, I was quickly informed in no uncertain terms by my missus that the car was no longer mine...lol...

I was relegated to her 2009 Subaru Outback..

The car's great and so much fun to drive..

yeah, kicking me in the guts already.. we've hardly been formally introduced.. lol..

you know, i actually really like the Subaru. It's cheap as hell on petrol, so i do over 550km to a tank (63 litres) so that's not half bad for a 6 cylinder 250HP car.

The throttle response is great, it revs up real quick and it's great in the sand, especially because i work on construction sites in the desert. 6" deep sand is manageable... more than that.. well thats Land Cruiser territory..
