has anyone having or had this problem?
can the unit be reset? disconnecting the battery for two hours did not work .

Just to be sure, is the vehicle out in the open with nothing above it? If so, maybe your antenna cable came loose.

Bluzz,

I could find no service bulletin regarding your issue. Unfortunately you are going to have to have the dealer look into it for you.

Thanks for the help I am on vacation and the dealership hear wonted me to weight 2 hours after i made a appointment what the F i will do it when i get home and post the update

We have had something similar on our 11 with the 430. On rare occasion we will pull out of the garage and it will take two or three miles of driving in the open to get a signal. The part that really throws you is the time on the radio is way off when this happens. I can't reproduce so we haven't taken it in.

Update...
4 trips to the dealer and testing replacing parts. last thing is the Head unit. on order and back to the dealer , will update after unit is replaced and programmed.
