I have a RHR too. you can get one from the net. It was kind of scary installing it, thought i might brick the radio.
The upgrade is available online, i am assuming that the dealership could also do it for you.

Where on the internet did you get an upgrade for an RHR unit? I tried: http://www.driveuconnect.com/support/dodge/
I also tried: http://www.navigation.com
I also emailed Chrysler tech support and they told me there was no upgrade yet and to keep checking www.navigation.com

I have had lost preset channels since I bought my 2012 Citadel (with seat memory) since I bought it in June 2012. I have done upgrades and the issue still occurs although much less frequently. When I have discussed with the dealer they have had no guidance. I have pretty much come to live with it but it seems VERY unreasonable.
My other complaint is much bigger...The GPS is HORRIBLE!!! It ALWAYS gives the worst route possible. (Yes, I have updated the maps) For example: I live about a mile from an on-ramp to a major highway that has been there for 30 years+ and when I program a destination that I would take that route, it sends me on a 4 mile jaunt in the opposite direction and then to that same ramp. No new roads here so that is not the issue. Also, not sure if this is a Sirius traffic issue or a device issue but I NEVER get traffic data on the Traffic screen for where I actually am. If I go to look at traffic situations before starting a journey it shows updates for area 20-30 miles away. That might sound OK but I live in the NY Metro area and the traffic is most dense where I am and 20-30 miles away isn't my concern. Is there something I must configure to get it to tell me what is going on near me? This is just on the Sirius Traffic tab, the traffic on the map seems to be pretty good and timely so I don't understand why the info on the tab isn't even close to my locale.
I LOVE my Citadel but would almost consider getting rid of it just because of the GPS. I use Waze now before every trip. Sad!
