Kinda pissed that I have to go to the dealer to try and get this fixed. Wife rolled the passenger side window down for the first time in the 600 miles we have on it so far and the rubber trim that touches the window left a big streak on the window on the inside and made a horrible noise when going down...i looked at it when we got to our destination and more than half of the felt strip that should be there had peeled off and was in pieces on the door. Hope they dont give me a hard time or tell me it will take 4 weeks to fix...

Its a 2012 Dodge Durango SXT...anybody else had this happen to them or am I the only lucky one

was at dealership today they looked at it...then they called around everywhere locally and no one had the part, so they are overnighting it and I can show up tomorrow when the truck comes in around 11 and they will put on for me under warranty! Nice easy time at dealership today!
