the dealer told me they could install a back up camera that would give me the image in the rearview mirror. I didnt want that - want one that will work in the navi screen.

 

Yep . . we were offered this same alternative, but turned it down.

Yeah, I wish mine had a back up camera instead of a sunroof, but it was the ONLY black on black that I could find, and I wasnt travelling a few hundred miles to pick one up.

 

There is no parking package on mine and I had the same problem as Diggy33, the only black on black R/T that I could find did not have the backup sensors nor did it come with the backup camera. The dealership is calling me saying that they could put in a backup camera and wire it to the head unit that I have now for $600. I am probably just going to do that and wire it to a license plate camera that I found. I will also check into some of the solutions you all have given. Thank you for all of your help and if I find anything different or some vendor that sells the fitted cam for the durango I will post it on here.
