Is this 2012 Durango simply too new for these to exist or am I not looking in all the right places? I swear I cannot find any decent looking headlights or tail lights with a black or dark housing. I don't want to go with a film cover on my lights. For a couple reasons, first, most of them are illegal in Kansas and second, I think too many of them look cheap.

Anyone have any ideas on where I can look (stores or online) at headlights and tail lights that have a black or dark housing?

Too new and/or too limited a market for them, best bet is the r/t black housings or getting you headlights/taillights tinted!

 

R/t headlights if you have hids and heat headlights if you have halogens

 

Or bake yours open and paint the chrome bezel black (or body color).

 

there is a product called night shade which is basically a transluscent spray paint to black out the tail lights. The lights shine through clear as day, but when off they look black. I've used this on other cars, but it wouldn't look right with my color of D.

No idea about the headlights though
