Default Oem vs replica wheel weights

Does anyone have any info on the wheel weight and load ratings of the Durango R/T OEM 20" cast aluminum wheels, the 2011/2012 SRT8 Jeep OEM 20" wheels (and whether they are cast or forged aluminum), and any of the Factory Rep wheels ( SRT or VIPER reps), both 20" and 22" ?

I'm looking at new wheels for my D R/T, and I want to go with lighter wheels, but not at the expense of wheel strength. I am also curious why I haven't seen anyone on the forum with 2011 or 2012 SRT8 JGC OEM wheels on our D? Does the SRT8 have a different bolt pattern or something that prevents them from being mounted on the D? Or are they just too expensive or hard to find? Or is it no one likes how they look? I'm digging the factory reps, but I just want to make sure I'm either the same or less weight as the oem wheels and also the same or better strength/load rating, and preferably forged. I was also thinking perhaps looking into custom wheels such as something from Forgeline or some other custom wheel manufacturer. But you would think that with the SRT8 being so high performance, that it would have stronger, more lightweight wheels than the D's. Do you guys have any info? What do you think?

I believe one of the guys who recently upgraded to a 22'' set up said his new set up was the same weight as the oem 20" set up... Hope this helps!

the 20x9" srt replicas are 2 pounds lighter than the 20x9" srt oems. It was reported that the 22x10" srt replicas are 6 pounds lighter than the 20x10 2012 SRT wheels. No idea if the latter is true....but thats what was told.

22/9 viper reps and tires 75 lbs
20/8 stock r/t rims and tires 75lbs

Don't think the viper rose are forged. Enough folks have them on jeeps a.d durangos now I wouldn't worry about weight ratings

Reps are not forged... New oem srt8 wheels are forged not sure on fit as their 20x10 all around and no clue on offset but they sell at $1100+ per wheel and at that price u can get sumthin aftermarket and more unique!

the 2012 jeep SRT wheels have been put on 2011+ Grand Cherokees so the will fit the durango the same. The srt and viper reps are cast...the oem jeep wheels are forged

Tires make a big difference too. If you upgraded to 265/40/22 the Kumho are 41 lbs/tire and the Yokohama are only 35 lbs/tire.

Oh, and saw a 2012 SRT8 GC yesterday and, while the car looked great, the wheels not so much.
