Default 2013 Dodge Durango Recall - Canada

I hate to make this my first post but thought since it is a safety concern I'd better let everyone know.

The recall only covers Canada but that might only be a matter of time.

On a second note I want to thank everyone who posts here. I already learned a lot. I want to make the Durango my next vehicle but will wait for the 8 speed next spring.

Frozen,

Thanks for providing the update. I can't comment on vehicles built for the U.S market, but if you or someone you know is inquiring if this recall pertains to their vehicle, recall information is now accessible through our Chrysler Canada website by following the steps below:

2) Select "Owners" in the upper right hand corner
3) Select "Owner Tools"
4) Select "Vehicle Recalls"
5) Select a Brand and "View …Recall Notices"
6) Select "Get Recall Information"
7) Enter last 8 characters of the vehicle identification number (VIN) in the space provide and Select "GO"
8) You will receive a "Here are your results" page. Print this page. It will list the vehicle with the complete VIN, a verbal description of the vehicle and recall, if any apply. This print from our web site is your Recall Clearance letter.

Congrats on your first post, if you have any questions in the future feel free to PM me
