Lift Hatch Won't Close on 2011 Durango
The lift hatch on our 2011 Durango won't close on hot days with the outside temp above 80 degrees. It will open but you have to manually close it. In the garage, with the temp lower and on cooler days, it works fine. I've taken it to the dealer multiple times. They replaced the lift strut and motor. Last week they found and fixed a short but that didn't fix it.
