Rattle on supposed official TSB
I know this is an older post. But my 2013 is having this exact issue

That particular TSB is not available on the 2013 model year. I did find a STAR case that your dealership might be able to look at, #S1323000061, that might help with diagnosing and repairing. Once a vehicle is out of basic warranty, the dealerships can charge a fee to complete TSBs.

Somewhat related but I traded in my 13 rt a few months ago. Had a load leveling shock go back within a couple thousand miles of new. My 17 rt has the same problem. Rear passenger side on both vehicles. What's up with the quality control!?
