Vapor canister issues are almost always user created troubles from over filling/max filling the gas tank during fill ups.
Still covered under bumper-to-bumper warranty within the first year as are brakes, rotors, etc.
well cant afford to fill it all the way up lol so that cant be the issue in this case... seriously though I have never had this many issues with a new car/truck/suv/atv/motorcyle/boat or anything else for that matter as this durango. I never overfill the tank when i fill up, just let it fill till it clicks off then close gas cap. Good to know about the maxing out though...i will let others know since i have certain family members who always click it till gas spills out lol
Frohoss you got that loud clunk too. Do you have the load leveling shocks?
I assume so...not sure though. I just told my Dodge service manager about it and he said he's had a few people report this issue. He told me he was going to order another set of shocks for me. I'd be surprised if it solves the issue though. My guess is that it might make it a little quieter. I'll follow up when the new ones get installed.

Ever since I started doing this, it's worked every time.
Nah, I'm not holding onto the handle when I'm pushing the black lock button. I'm simply pushing the button with my index finger. My button is just inconsistent and/or temperamental. Sometimes it works on the first push but most of the time it takes 2-3 tries to get it to lock the doors. I'm always standing close to the door so that the vehicle recognized the key fob too.
