My son puked in the backseat the other day and it got all over the floor and into the crevices around the trim of the door sill. Does someone know how to pry those pieces up properly (so they can be put back down :-) to clean under there?
The trim pieces are just clipped in and can be pulled up by hand or with a trim tool; just go slow. They will require a bit of force to release, but they will pop up. The seatbelt on the other hand can just be replaced.

Good info, thanks. They do seem pretty tight. The last time (20 years ago) that I tried to take off trim it simply broke :-( but I'll try to ease them off with a long screwdriver so I can get near the clip. Can I assume the same for the piece that runs up the side of the door opening?
