Default Sxt w/ r/t kit

Wow, check this out. Haven't seen a non R/T (other than the Heat models) with the R/T kit on it:

I'm doing it right now on a 2011 Crew Hemi platform. I'm getting the parts through moparpartsstore.com. Had to take a quick break as I just bought SinisterRT's AFE intake a few days back. My lights should be my next order for November

I'm pretty sure for 2013 it's called the Rallye package or something of that sort. At Least that's what I read in Motortrend. It's R/T looks with the V6, basically the same as a Heat but with a third row.

It would be much easier to buy a R/T

Actually, that isn't quite true. I've been nodding Dodge vehicles for quite some time, and have built some really nice vehicles from lower end models. Though I do like the R/T interior, ive grown fond of ripping out stock threads and adding katzkin. I bought my D almost two years ago. It'll wind up much cheaper for me and ill have a little more individual look.

It still would be much easier to buy the R/T. If you had other vehicles to use for your DD and wanted to make the D your project then yeah maybe it would be the choice for you but most people like to buy what they want to drive and not have to go that far in modification.

Most of the people on this forum have gone through great lengths to already modify their R/T. I will not argue that its easier to buy something that has been modified to some extent by factory, but some people like to put a personal touch to their Daily. The most common upgrade that ive seen are the wheels, which I think are hideous on each model, exhaust, intake etc.

Yes im not saying that moding your vehicle is bad, i love to change things on my vehicles but just going and removing chrome and changing out suspension parts and whole interior parts is just a little much. Adding wheels, intake, exhaust, and other bolt on is much easier and only takes a couple hours not days to where you cant drive it.
