Default K&N Filter on 3.6

Hi,

Has anyone with the V6 installed K&N's intake kit?

Does it make a noticeable difference in power? Noise? Any MPG penalty?

Thanks in advance for sharing. I would love to figure out a way to get mine to be a little more responsive. Mine feels sluggish and resistant to accelerate if I drive with any hint of urgency. (I'm at about 6000 miles)

Just got mine in today. Installed and took it for a quick spin on the hwy..Definately feels a little more responsive to the throttle! Also sounds a little bit meaner...Or that could just b the way it makes you feel!!

I have the K&N on the 5.7L, maybe some very minor difference in throttle response, still happy with it just because I don't have to buy filters going forward, just clean it from time to time.

Now, as I've previously posted, the big improvement in throttle response is to go into the info screen and turn off the hill assist. It holds the brakes for a second when you go from brake to throttle. When you turn that off it makes a big difference in off the line performance.
