Blacked out D's horn sounds like a punk
Greetings Modders! Has anyone else felt like the horn on their D was just a bit wimpy? I've spent time trying to make my RT look menacing, but when I hit the horn or lock the doors, the Durango sounds like a black on black Prius. Anyone know of a way to either lower the frequency of the horn, or a nice replacement horn that shouts "Move! Get out the way"?

I've got a Stebel Nautilus on my motorcycle, looking to maybe do a couple of them in the Durango, but havent had time to really look in to it. I had found an air horn with a very small compressor once before, but I forgot to save the link and cant find it anymore. I do agree though - the horn is weak!!

Horn
When I was in high school I did the low buck fix to address the weak horn in my '85 Corolla. I grabbed one from a parts bin at a salvage yard (probably from a 70's GM vehicle) and put that in. Probably not the kind of answer you were looking for though.
On the other hand, the horn in Durango seems fine to me.

I was thinking about going this route. I think the low tones are usually in the 400-500hz range... I was looking for more of a "18 wheeler" type sound...low and loud.
