Got my first DSLR camera. It's a Rebel T3i. Don't really know exactly what I'm doing yet, but this is what I got. Shot these with a 50mm 1.8 lens. Not even sure if this is the right lens for shooting cars, but it came out ok.

Man...these are nice shots. This D is so bad @$$. Go ahead and lightly tint those front windows. I like how your rims look on the D.

I wanna tint it but the cops around here are dicks. Not much crime, so they have nothing better to do than to give local residents and tax payers tickets for tint. Got a lot of tickets last year with my Elantra.

No, actually got it the week before. I don't even think there were any deals on these for Black Friday. Did get it on sale though from BB.

 

DJ, I've been fortunate not to be hassled by the cops. Maybe I don't look like a teenie bopper so they don't bother me.

 

I went two years without a single ticket. Then all of a sudden I got like 5 tickets within 6 months. It was crazy. I'll probably tint it anyway!

and the 50mm lens is a nice lens, too bad you put it on a Canon. (I'm a Nikon guy, I couldn't resist).

I'm in NJ too, I'll be looking on the road for ya - I'm starting to see more and more D's on the roads.
