I did a oem led swap on one of my bmw's and it required a new harness that clipped in between the old/New set up and some coding to remove a dummy light. Hopefully we will be able to retrofit these!

on same gen ? ughh well i hate to have more work or more parts but doesnt sound too bad and 12v electrical is one of my skills so we'll make it work..

Yeah mine was an '09 and then the '10's added led tails so I had to have em!

Yes the interior is awesome it almost looks like we could swap out the uconnect system.

awww that blows - I should've waited to buy a 2014 w/ the LED headlights! Although that rear light aka charger is TERRIBLE
