My black 2013 AWD 5.7 Crew should be arriving next week and I'm hoping my first order of business will be to debadge. I know how to do the letters and it sounds like the grille piece pops right off, but what about the rear applique?

Since its chrome on the crew I was hoping to remove it permanently or at least to paint it...just dont want that huge chrome D O D G E on my rear end...yeah I know its painted on other packages but got a great year end deal on this one. I searched a lot but cant find anything on this topic. Thanks for any help.

 

I believe a few guys have done it by removing the interior trim panel on the rear hatch and exposing the clips that hold it in place, I've never done it personally but I've seen a few guys post in reference to it...good luck!
