You won't like this answer, but you have to loosen the interior panel to best access the other 2 plastic nuts which are under that panel.
If you are trying to remove the unit from the hatch then you might as well remove the whole interior panel because you have to remove the rear applique (the DODGE trim under the window) which traps the inboard light units underneath and prevents them from just pulling off when the 4 plastic nuts are removed.
