A Couple Quick Questions
Proud new owner of 2013 Citadel AWD V6 and I just had 2 quick questions for anyone that might be of help.
Didn't notice it before (should've paid more attention), but I noticed the Jeep insignia on the chrome floorboard of the driver's side door and Dodge on the front passenger side. Does everyone else have this? If not, is it unusual?
Second, it appears our memory seat is not working properly as we're only able to store memory for setting 2 but not 1. Has anyone else encountered this? If so, quick fix with the dealership?

It shouldnt be too difficult to fix that and it sounds like the switch itself is faulty. As far as the sill plate that is not common but surely can happen as the cousins travel down the assembly line together.
Friday afternoon build??
I have been on the assembly line in Detroit and honestly the boxes of sill plates sit behind the installer, more that likely the installer reached behind them and just reached into wrong bin to grab sill plate. What is scary is they have a check system at the end of the line and that group of people missed it.

Welcome to the forum.
The dealership should be able to switch out the sill plate for you as that should not have happened. As far as the memory seats go, are you attempting to save both seat settings during one ignition cycle? If so only the last setting will be saved, usually setting number two as most people set number one first. The vehicle must have one setting saved, the vehicle shut off, then the vehicle restarted and the second setting saved. If you are doing it this way and it is still not working I would suggest letting the dealership look at it at the same time they are ordering you a new sill plate.
