bye bye dodge
Dealer service has aways been a issue for me, no matter if its a dodge, Ford, or Hyundia, or Toyota.
Avoid high voulme dealers that prasie them selfs for selling the most units, or proclaim to be number one in sales.
All the othier people with issues just get in your way and over stress the people paid to adress your concerns with warenty or service issues.

Wow. My 2011 Citadel is tremendous. No issues. The technology is great. My other ride is a TDI Touareg, loaded, which is great, too. There are some lousy VW dealers but I love VW so I will not let a dealer dictate.
Agreed.. I've seen any number of stealership with issues but never enough to jump out of the vehicle!
There were a bunch of 3.6's that had some cylinder head problems. There have been a few complete motors replaced as well.
It's going to happen mechanical items break, there is and can be a bad egg in every basket.

Well, here is an update on my 2012 Durango 3.6L that had a cylinder head replaced in March 2013 @ 19,600 miles.
Yesterday, at a little over 30,000 miles the check engine light came on. I hooked up the scanner and gave me code P0441 Evap Emission Control System Purge Flow Fault.
Has anybody with a 3.6L had the cylinder head replaced more than one time?
Any help is appreciated.
Thanks
Claus
