My '12 is a former rent-a-car so I expected to be missing all three items, but surprisingly the flashlight was still there. I never used the shade in my Pacifica so I won't miss the one in the DD. The net was handy but a couple of bungee cords work just as well. Meh.

IRL, huh? Well, I vote that IRL stands for International Racing League, its certainly a lot sexier.

Mine came with the flashlight and the cargo cover. No net that I've found, not that I'd use it. The cargo cover is in the garage right now.

The flashlight I have used and it was pretty handy. Was trying to hook up a trailer at night and it was either use the flashlight or have the car in reverse with my wife's foot on the brake. Yeah, I'll take the flashlight...

Almost everyone here who is missing the cover and the net has a 13 R/T. I am convinced that they were not part of the equipment as Steve said. I had my build sheet sent to me; Here are the codes:
CLGS - Covered Cargo Storage
CLHS - Cargo Trim Panel with Storage net.

But they are GRAYED OUT on the build sheet!!! Also there is another thread about this. My '13 R/T does not have the correct trim panel for the cargo net. The hooks are not there. Like others, I convinced my dealer that they kept the stuff, so they made good. But if you don't have the correct panel for the net hooks, i.e. no lower hook points, then you were not supposed to get the cover or the net....

My 13' R/T did come with flashlight and cargo net+ panels but did not come with the pull shade. My net was missing so I used the website in my prev post and the dealer got one for me.

I think like people have said before, I think they are just removing these and selling them on ebay and making a buck here and there. I have to say I will have my D 2 years in Feb and I still havent used the flashlight, its about as bright as one of those key chain led's, I use my cell and the flashlight app for any time I need to see something quick. As far as the covers and net, I did not get them either, but my tint is so dark not worried about cover and never really a use for the net. Thanks to this site I never heard of a build sheet before, so when I got the wifes sequoia a few months back I requested one, the sales manager was asking me why. So I told him why and he said it was the first time he has had someone ask for one. Only thing missing was an ash tray and lighters, which I got, but dont need, but good to know for a change I got what I paid for.
