Been away from truck all weekend. Looking forward to it next week. Headers are great, but gotta have a custom tune to go with is, or will leave tons of power on the table

Nice work. 320 very respectable and I'm sure you are loving the extra grunt it has.

Drives great. Leaving town. Way more growl than with just the Borla. And I have never felt it under 100 degrees, so I think when I get some cool air in, it will really pull.

curious why long tubes and not short tubes?
especially since the low end is where the truck seems to suffer most and you'd prob want something to address/improve that?

any noriceable low end/low rpm power loss or did the HF cats help with that?

I was thinking shortys may be more beneficial because
with a tune you may be able to get more high end torque easier than low end torque, so the short tubes would handle the low end gains and the tuner can compensate for the higher rpm

maybe thats a flawed theory I dunno but sounds logical to me...

I just wanted the most power everywhere. Stock piping and cats can undue a lot of good flow on the other ends. Low end is great. The headers are a waste without a custom tune (non-canned). He picked up 38 rwhp on the dyno compared to intake, headers and exhaust with canned Diablo tune, and tuned the drivability throughout the rev range.
