Fingers crossed... curious if the led's would require coding to remove any bulb out errors?

I had tiptronics on my GTI, made the car allot more fun. Woudlnt mind it on my R/T too, I do enjoy manual mode every now and then, this would make it even better imo.

I like the idea of being able to manually select the gear but I wonder if, along with the paddle shifters, the programming of the manual mode will allow quick shifts. My '12 Hemi is slow to shift gears upon user input to change.

I also love the bigger LCDs inside, wish they had that available on the DD back in '12 when it was available on other vehicles...

My only problem with deciding to upgrade is, functionally, I don't see any addition of any features. I'd like to see front parking sensors, side view cameras, full leather seats, not just leather seat surfaces, more functional reclining back seats, lighted door sills, bigger brakes, dynamic suspension, air suspension... I'm sure I could come up with a few more if I think about it but my point is this "update" is a baby step. My 2004 VW Touareg had more options then the fully loaded & updated '14.

From all that I read and watched, the only exterior change was the front end fascia. Nothing changed on the back other than race track lighting so they might just be powered off the license plate and parking lights not turn signals.... I hope. I like them a lot.

It's an entirely new electrical system guys not even close to just plug and play.
As Craig stated the will be error with just bolting on. The new electrical system is controlled 100% differently.
There are some issues with these systems right now in the RAM crowd and even some 14 JGC's which is why there is a slight delay in the 14's production as they are still sorting out a few bugs.

I mean, there really can only be 3 to 4 wires. Negative, running lights, turn signal right, and turn signal left. The big issue is the lock button thats on the tailgate now and if all the mounting holes are the same. If that will work, then some splicing should take care of the rest

Led's require less power and typically require coding in any retrofit I've personally ever done...time will tell!

They had 22"s on it? Were they aftermarket or a factory option?
