Default American Racing Headers

Hello all I would like to report to you guys about our Rt. We got the truck back from american racing headers about 3 weeks ago I wanted to post back then but was waiting on a custom tune from Hemifever. I have to say the results were amazing! I didnt have it dynoed but I can tell you the headers alone woke the truck up alot. We did 1 3/4" longtubes highflow cats and their catback. The truck sounds awesome no drone in the cab whatsoever and when you get on it outside the truck sounds unreal! I did get a check engine light whih did shutoff eventually on its own but just in case I asked if hemifever could tune the rear o2s out just in case. We also gained about 2mpg around town I havent tested on highway just yet. I still need to order a cold air kit I know a little backwards but we had an oppurtinity that we had to take they used our truck for the mockup. After the cold air kit I would like to add a ported throttlebody maybe some srt8 wheels and eventually a supercharger I have my suspicions that a srt8 challenger kit will fit only thing I cant find out about is the fuel pump. Overall I love the new exhaust on the truck! American Racing Headers were awesome to deal with and they make a great product! I know a little pricey but well worth the money!

Wow, agreed that sounds incredible. Not sure how my neighboors would like it, but of all the exhaust mods I have heard on youtube, this is definitely my favorite sound. I will add to my 2016 wish list, if my kids allow

its sounds the same as the jeep to be honest the used the same headers but the cat back is different and the exhaust cruising and at idle is very quite

I will post some more when I get home and when i can i will try and post a video when I get home I couldnt get any pics of the headers bc its tight in there. The truck not being too loud or obnoxious was important to me bc we have a newborn and a 6yr old which btw loves fast cars lol. This was perfect enough you can drive across country if you need to without rattlimg yohr teeth loose and carry on a normal converstion but when you floor it it wakes rite up
