i finally got my lockpick in after 5 months of being back ordered. installed it today and started the truck and i have no sound what so ever. i put a video in, fm radio, xm radio and cd and no sound at all. it had perfect sound before i plugged the lockpick in. i have a 11 r/t if that matters

 

Did you correctly set the switches? High speed vs. low speed comms?

 

Coldsteel is right on. The directions that came with my lockpick were wrong about the switch positions. There was an install thread that explained it. I can't recall the details, but search the forum for the install thread and it was very clear there.
