Excellent job cleaning that exhaust up! I have never seen an exhaust look that bad in such a short period of time, especially being SS. good luck with the install on Monday don't forget to post up pics of all the goodies going on your rig, and your thoughts of the improvements!!!

thanks...yeah it definitely had alot of
gunk and rust buildup but mostly just the x pipe was extreme,
the rest just had some comcentrated spots that probably took the brunt of the salt/sleet/dirt on the roads..

This is why when I wash my cars in winter i always get a good spray going under the vehicle too.. to try and clean off all that winter crap..
if you leave it alone any and every metal will show some rust buildup..

I will say she cleaned up really nice and no signs of
any corrosion or rust-thru anywhere so it seems like its made well...
the polished pieces still shine really nice and the pipes dont look like they've been installed for more than a few weeks on a car,
my faith in magnaflow is so far mostly restored.

now...for the fun part..INSTALL...lets hope she sounds and performs as good as she looks..

OK did not have time to get this installed as planned on Monday...Brake install took way longer than expected due to rear OE brake lines not wanting to break free for sh*t !!

So I'll take $600 local to get it outta here..
Keep in mind I spent a good 8 hours and $50 worth of polish and cleaner scrubbing them down to a rust and dirt free finish, no mods or cleanup needed - plug & play !!

non-local pays actual shipping which will prob be $50 to $75 at most I assume depending on your location

Please get this box outta my garage! or come install them for me while I'm working 6-7 days a week 8-12 hours a day the next 4-6 weeks...

Ohhh and looking at the OE R/T exhaust in the lift, not only doesn't it have a funky center mounted muffler of some sort? But it looks like the right side of the exhaust is one longgg solid piece..?

The left side looks like its 2 pieces but not the right?
is that true?

The left has a bolt flange prior to the rear muffler and the right side has a slip over with band clamp. The large suitcase is the resonator and crossover which is only 2.25 inch vs the rest of the systems 2.5 inch pipes.

If I didn't have so much other stuff to pay for this month I would be all over that purchase ...ugh

The one side unbolts at the muffler for removal I guess, but yeah the factory set up is a big ole monstrosity! Great price on the magnaflow!
