2014 Durango or 2014 Grand Cherokee? HELP!
I have to second what Ross said. My wife has sat in the third row multiple times (when we have extended family in town) and has no issues whatsoever. Way better than other "third" rows in some others.
The need for the third row and extra cargo was the main deciding factor for us over the GC...We pulled onto the lot fully thinking we were going to get a GC and one test drive changed our minds immediately.
I wanted to hold out for the 2014 for looks...but rebates and fear of first run glitches made me pull the trigger sooner.

IMO I looked at both the JGC and Durango, first I like the lack of DD's you see on the road, around my way I have only seen about ten of them when I see a million Jeeps on the road everyday. I also like that the DD is bigger, roomier inside then the Jeep. Other then that they are both great trucks. But the jeep is what I would buy for my wife.....Haha unless it was an SRT8 that would be for me!!!
a few S2 pilots were just built a couple days ago.....
order banks were scheduled to open 6/4....but have been pushed back. The feeling Im getting if it doesnt happen by 6/11 allocation...it will be July at the earliest.
JNAP is just slammed by GC orders. They cant build enough of those things.

Good to know! I'm just waiting patiently for my local dealership to give me a ring to let me know that pre-ordering has opened! I may still hold out though until I see some on the lot so I can make sure it is indeed worth the jump in price (over the hefty rebates on the 2013)
It's hard to believe that either of these cars will satisfy someone who was looking at an E63. The difference is night and day. You are not going to get anywhere near the luxury, electronics, or performance available in the new E class. Of course some of the electronics that were considered high-end just a few years ago are now available in a Nissan. Anyway, the biggest difference between a D and GC is 5 vs. 7 (as in seats). If you anticipate more than one kid and they ever have a play date, you'll be glad you got 7 seats.
