Gearing Issue? Not sure?
I've noticed, after accelerating, when I take my foot off the gas pedal, the vehicle immediately begins to decelerate. Now, bear with me
By the above, I mean the deceleration feels like when you have a vehicle in a lower gear and you feel the tranny drag when you let off the gas. It doesn't feel like coasting.
Maybe this is just the result of a heavy vehicle as I don't get this in my 300C. This is my first SUV/AWD (2013 5.7, 6 Speed).
Can anyone weigh in on this?
Thanks.

i do know the OLDER trans 727, dont know about others. if the shiftier was in D from a stand low gear, chrysler called it "breakaway" it would not decel. if you put the lever in 1 it would decel. i think the low/rev band is where the difference was. this may not be your trouble. just what i remember

Just as another addition, tire pressure is consistent around 40psi per. I'm getting bad fuel economy but my driving is mostly short city so I get that.
As an aside, I can get error codes on my EVIC in my 300C by toggling the ignition. I haven't looked at this for the D. Any info out there on this?
Worst case, I can spend a few hours at the dealer under warranty but figured, if it were truly an issue, it would have been posted.
