2013 Blacktop SXT
Well...I am totally new to this forum, and I would like to first thank you guys for answering 99.9% of the questions I had about the Durango before I purchased it 3 weeks ago. I had an 2002 Envoy and I was looking at the new Acadias until I started hearing about the realiablity of them from a few mechanic friends. As I did more and more research, the Durango keep popping up, and I had not honestly considered it. After reading more and more, I stumbled upon this website, and the wealth of information here made me do to my local dealer and test drive it. After driving and reading about the blacktop edition on a thread here, I insisted to my dealer that he find me one.
With all that said, I now own a 2013 black SXT blacktop, and so far I love it. I live in Richmond, Virgini and I have seen zero blacktops around, and my dealer said this was the first one they had sold, and he believes the first blacktop sold in the area.
As I have been reading on here for over a month or so, I know I need to put pics up and they will be soon. I'm not much a a huge modder, but I do see a few on here I want to do.
Thanks!
Syn

PS.....THIS IS FOR STEVE......"A BLACK SXT BLACKTOP".....another wise man joins the forum
Thanks. Ideally what I wanted was a crew blacktop, but I settled with the SXT. I didn't want to spring for the R/T....I almost got a used citadel, but i loved the blacktop package. One thing that everyone who has seen the truck loves is the digital leather/suede with the red trim. The only thing I did not spring for that I will install soon is the rear DVD for the kids.....and the red caliper covers. I think this website will start costing me money...lol
