Looking for Owner of White R/T in Staten Island

Saw a White R/T with a Decepticon trailer hitch cover last night and it was awesome looking. I didnt get to hear the exhaust because we were on the Verrazano Bridge but looked very sharp. Just seeing if they are on this forum.
