On my 2012 D, I keep getting streaks of grease about two thirds of the way back, going vertical on the window. I wash them off, but they always come back within a month.

Anyone else have this problem? My guess is some part of the window motor was over greased during production. Happens on both driver and passenger side, interior.

Yes I had the same problem, but it seemed to go away but probably took almost a year.

 

Does it only happen when you lower your window?

My bet is on the grease on the window up/down unit that sits so close to the window in the door-

 

I had the same issue. After every wash and window clean, the streaks would be back. On my D, it was only the front passenger window. It occurred every time the window went down.
Mine is a '12 and I no longer have the issue. Like '12Hemi, it was probably a year before it fully went away.
