Much better but definitely not Flowmaster like!

 

At highway speed especially in Eco mode, can't notice much of a difference. Ok, 1st start up. 2nd windows down, third windows up. Sounds pretty good not exactly what w wasn't but maybe a set of mufflers may help.

 

Forgive me, but I have to correct you. The suitcase is the muffler, the two smaller chambers near the exhaust tips are the resonators.

Sounds good, glad the drone isn't too brutal.

 

The suitcase is a resonator as there was no packing. Just honey combs around the bent tubing forming an X pattern. The two units from the dealer are called mufflers and muffler tips.... At least according to the dealer.

 

I've been at the modern hemi performance game for 7 years now, I know my stuff. I certainly understand not taking me at word though. Do the research yourself, check out any of the major LX platform forums (lxforums, chargerforums, etc) and you'll find much more knowledge than you will here or from ANY dealer.

My mistake then. The magna flow system I thought was set up like the stock. I thought the mufflers were under the bumper.

As far as the videos I thought it was you tube and everyone could see them. I just fixed them to public. On my phone they sound noisy but on the computer it sounds closer to real life. I ran across across a few flowmaster clips by dodge2rt and they sound damn near exact.

 

Thanks for the video's, well done....although I don't think I will be going this route as I think it will only be temporary and will end up buying a Magnaflow system in the long run so I will not cut up my OEM system.

 

Same here... Well as far as temporary. I can still bolt on any system but wanted to hear the borla drive by. The magnaflow seems quieter than I would like. The one clip I found of borla was a gray D in a driveway doing a startup.
I'd like to colormatch a set of 22" viper reps to my truck. What ones did you get? (Polished, Black) So that the powder coating company didn't have to do "more" work to get them done?
