Default Sloshing water sound, backed up A/C?

I have a 2012 Durango, during braking or right at the beginning of acceleration, you can hear a sloshing sound. It sounds like it in the dash, not under the hood or underbody. Does anyone know where to look for the build up, and the drain on a 3rd gen Durango?

On most older model American and foreign cars it is a small hose coming out of the passenger side or center floor area. If you can get it up on a lift you'll be able to see better.

also check the seals in the doors because rain could have gotten into the doors. Another reason could be the run off hose might be disconnected inside and isnt fully discharging outside.

my fiances car had the door seal problem on her Chrysler 200 and it was because when they installed the window tint they messed up the seals

I have never had a car that drained water from so many different places. Some of these drain holes are small and hard to spot. Orin500xl has the right idea. Get it up on a lift, open the doors and start poking around these holes.

Daychris,

Any updates on your sloshing concerns?

If you are still having problems please PM me if you'd like additional assistance. We can review with a Dodge dealer your concerns. I believe, depending on the mileage and the vehicle's in service date, a 2012 vehicle should still have 3 year or 60,000km factory warranty for defects.

Keep me posted.
