I know this is completely off the topic but I have a 1988 dodge dakota with a five speed. Tranny is bad. I found an automatic to put in it but I'm not sure if the transfer case will work with the automatic. Does anyone know?

So with a supercharger would a tune help with the sluggish off the line get up; or would you switch out gears?

You'd be better of getting a custom TCM tune written from Eurocharged. Check out their section on LXForums for a better price. http://www.eurocharged.com/products/...ing-185-detail

Supercharger has torque at very low rpm, so yes it will help and custom dyno tune will really allow it to work with headers, cats and exhaust. Hoping to start install next week as blower is supposed to arrive Friday.

Canned tunes can free up some power with higher octane tuning and allow one to play with some settings, but if you have access to a dyno tune, you will see far better results.
