Read the thread " third row leather seats". Most of the front seats are real leather with Nappa package, portions of the second row are leather and synthetic and the 3rd row is Synthetic leather. Press your finger on different portions of the seats. If you see flexing lines it's real if you don't it's synthetic.

 

Go with an interior sealant like Ultima Interior Guard Plus or Wolfgang Interior Sealant. These are not conditioners, they are sealants for your interior trim and leather. I did my entire interior with UIGP the first day I got it. They give the trim and seats a different feel , almost cashmere. The sealants bond to the surface to create a protective barrier.
