I'm in northern NJ (Morris county). I would like to see this wheel in person myself to see the finish. May have to try and find a dealer in the area.

I'm intrigued by the OEM wheel that is optional on the '14 Durango RT. It's the same design as the standard '14 RT wheel, but with a different finish. The standard RT is hyper black finish, the optional RT wheel is polished aluminum with gloss black pockets. I'm thinking that would look sharp with the crystal granite paint and the "chrome" on the Citadel. I'm afraid of what they would cost though...
Where in Morris Cty are you Joey?

Do you prefer the chrome 11-13 Citadel wheels over the 14 version? Haven't seen the 14 rims yet.

When I fist saw the '13 citadel rims, I didn't like them. They have grown on me recently though.

To give you an idea of the '14 rims:
This is from Dodge's web site...the "reveal" web page for the 2014 Durango:

This is what was on the truck at the 2013 New York Auto show...same wheel design but in 22 inch size (they pimped it up for the show of course.)

Other than the design itself, I'm not 100% sure of the finish. It's officially 20" "polished aluminum", which I have seen can mean a variety of things, from near chrome to a bright silver, etc.

I know I definitely don't like that wheel in a 22". But the 20" might look alright.

As per Chrysler engineeers at Carlisle a few weeks ago the production model will have those in 20". The Rims are polished , not chrome.

I'm going to be ordering a 2014 Citadel in about 6 months, I've seen all the rest, now I need to drive what I'm going to buy. Here is a video from the NY Auto Show. They have 22's on this D with Pirelli Scorpions. Do you think Dodge will offer these as an option? Here is the link:

Does anyone know if the Harmon-Kardon audio system from the JGC Summit will be available on the Citadel?

My first post, greetings from CA

Much better in 22'' imo... 20's simply don't suit the size of this truck!

No 22's options from Dodge in 14 is my call. Aftermarket no problem.

Thats a shame since the R/T at the NYIAS looked sick with factory 22's!

Yes, the R/T looked great with those 22s...the Citadel I didn't care for with the chrome 22s with that 15 spoke wheel design.

I will probably stick with 20s in any case as I will prefer to keep the ride that the 20s give.

If I don't like the factory 20s on the citadel, will probably end up trying to get 2014 OEM Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit take-offs, OEM 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland / Summit wheels that have been chromed, or the 20x9 Jeep Cherokee SRT reproductions.

Let me follow-this up by saying I had a closer look at the '13 citadel wheels yesterday. They do indeed look good in photos and from a distance, but something bothered me about them as I got closer...they looked "plastic-y". What I didn't realize is that they actually are plastic! I didn't realize that "chrome cladded" wheels meant essentially "adhere a chrome/plastic cover" over the metal wheel.

Now as I said they look OK...and for the last several months I never even knew they were plastic "covers". They do the intended job well...give the appearance of solid metal wheels, while maintaining a chrome appearance that should be very durable in terms of the finish not degrading over time.

However, I prefer to have solid pieces of metal for my wheels, so I won't be looking to swap out for '13 citadel wheels.
