Congrats on the new wheels!! I hope you got it for YOUR price and not the dealer's.

But to pick a nit . . . As any good gun-toting, NRA-supporting, deer-eating shootist will tell: You always squeeze the trigger, never pull it. :-)

Default Brought it home today!

Drove it nearly 4 hours home today and I am amazed at what a vehicle this is. I will never miss my 2012 4Runner that's for sure. Also met the "Waterless Car Wash" Technology rep and picked up some product to avoid swirls in the black finish. Pretty cool stuff.

Orin, I stand corrected.....as an NRA member I shall forever say "squeeze" the trigger, ha ha.

Just snapped one pic with the iPhone.....

Default Waterless Wash

STEVE--I'm still learning about the product; seems it's silicone, H2O and carnauba free and uses acrylic. Apparently you don't wash, dry (and scratch) the finish. You simply spray, wipe and buff; even on a dirty car. I was skeptical, especially when the rep took a scrub pad to remove some crap on the paint. I mean it was a dish scrubber......but no scratches on black!

I hope it takes the curse out of owning a black vehicle-swirl marks. I like it because it goes on via spray bottle, so no more labor intensive hours waxing.

You can check it out at ultraluster.com Funny thing is the rep has a nice older Chevy pick up he hasn't washed in 5 years and it is beautiful.

Seems like Chrysler has electrical gremlins in their corporate DNA over the years. My first MOPAR was a 1965 Dodge Dart 273 Hi-Po with a 4 speed. Actually it was very dependable, but then it had no electronics either. Hoping the R/T behaves itself.....I LOVE this car. Wife loves it too.

Orin-did well on the price and very well on the trade too.
