UPDATE - Ok vehicle is at the dealer. He said its the tipm module. Cost for the part is $1,100 and backordered. This just turned 40,000 miles. No warranty. I dont think something like this should go bad so soon. The service manager suggested I call Chrysler.

Any thought or suggestions????

NO the $1100 was just for the part. Ridiculous for a 2011 I think. Any body have experience with a similar issue and Chryslers response?

Wish it ran long enough to trade it in.

Not really. Have got bad 87/89 fuel before plus in other vehicles we have tuners which require 92. I know it doesn't make any performance wise without a tuner on the RT but I guess it's just habit. My wife would probably appreciate the cost savings if I told her start fueling up with 89 though. Maybe I can convince her that the money saved can go towards those Brembos.....hmmmm

Try that and see if the car start......(watch the video and have the sound on)

Had the TIPM module replaced twice but the actual problem was the TIPM harness

Good information about similar starting issues on that thread

Chrysler said they would cover $1000 of the part. I have to pay $100.00 + labor I believe. I have to say I was impressed with their customer service. I set aside 2 hours to call. I was speaking with someone within 1 min. But.... not too happy about the problem in the first place. Hopefully this will cure the problem.

Ill keep this updated.

This is a very common issue and does not just involve the 2011. I have another thread on this issue. Guessing the 14 will also.....

I have the same issue and my Durango has been sitting at the dealership for a month waiting for a Totally Integrated Power Module (TIPM). The Chrysler supply chain is deplorable, funny how cars withn the same part can roll off the line while mine sits at the dealer. Chrysler will get my message on Tuesday have rented space on 4 digital billboards, cant wait to see my message in full color. The day the car is back i am done, great truck until you have an issue then trade it and run away fast.

A true complete disappointment, and Chrysler can put on a show but in truth they just dont care. Guess my 14 Chrysler products in a row just does not matter. Hello GM.
