Angry I just want a working Durango

This is getting ridiculous. I have had my 2013 Durango since March. Since then, it has been in the shop for close to two weeks (not all at on e). The first issue I had was my rear A/C controls. This issue wasn't fixed until late July, even though it was known well before that.

Then I had an issue with squeaking coming from my engine bay. Took it in, and was told the water pump had gone out due to different coolant being used on the 2013, and it eating everything that is rubber. Water pump gets replaced.

Since the water pump getting replaced, I have been smelling coolant coming from the engine bay. At first it wasn't strong, but now it's starting to creep into the car. At first I thought it was burning off spilled coolant from the water pump change out. It had been over two weeks, and was still smelling it. Look at coolant level and it was very low. So, I take it in. Dealership can't find anything. They fill up the coolant, and mark it. Tell me to come back in two weeks to check the level. Got my car back on Thrusday, and today already noticed some missing. The weirdest part is that it doesn't seem to be smoking up my exhaust like an internal leak normally would.

To top that off, my UConnect seems to be crashing, as I will get part way into making a call and it just freezes. Takes about a whole minute for the system to come back.

I don't know if I just drew the short straw with this car or what. I do love this vehicle, but I would like reliability. Anyone know the best person to contact at Dodge about this?

3 weeks after getting my bumper fixed, its come loose again under the drivers side headlight. So, I'll be taking it to a different dealer this time, since I had it at the dealer I bought it twice already for this issue. At this point, I'm going to push for Chrysler to replace the whole damn bumper. Also, got an insane rattle from the dash again - sounds like its coming from the radio, so will get that looked at as well.

Nope, they did change the coolant type for 2013 model year. I'm too lazy to look it up right now, but the new type has a change interval of 10 yr/100k miles. I believe the previous coolant type had one of something like 5 yr/60k. And the 2 types are NOT compatible, so no mixing.

You are lucky. I am burning through a tank a month...

Finally called Dodge customer care. Have a case number and everything. They had refilled the tank, and its already dropping level. Coolant all over the engine bay. Not sure what their solution will be, but if this sticks around, might be time to lemon it. I love my Durango, but can't risk this being a long term problem.
