Default Wheels/Tyres help needed

Dear friends,
I ask you to help me with the following:

I want to change the wheels of my Dodge Durango Crew 2012 and upgrade it's look with 22's
I google the web and some sites tell me i need 22x10 rims and tyres of size 275/45/22 5x139.7
But in internet stores all rims for dodge durango are 22x9.5 and tyres are 265/40/22 or 285/40/22
Please tell me which wheel/rim size is correct for Durango?

May be you could advise me a web where i can see how wheels fit the car?
Thank you all for attention. Waiting for your answers!

I would stick with the 9.5" wide even though I dont feel the 10" would be a problem
22x9 with 35 backspace fit real nice!

Thanks Steve.
But if the manufacturer advises 22x10 and i install 22x9 on my car, willn't it affect the car's behaviour? i mean isn't it bad for the car?
And really backspace is absolutely mistery for me( Does backspace stand for the placement of the rims wider than normal?

LCF, this site will help you with tire size calculations and give you the +/- difference in speedo/revs per minute.

Regarding wheels and offsets try this site below which will tell you how far a wheel will either intrude on your suspension and/or stick out from the fender. Offhand I'd say 10" is a bit wide and would affect handling more than a 9" rim like Steve advised. My stock R/T rim for example is only 8" wide on a 20" rim.

Our factory rims are 8" wide not 10" the 9" will be fine.

How does yours ride on the 40's? Our roads are not the best here, but 22" rims look amazing.

Same wheels as Cmil here. I run 265/40's though! Love em!

And buy the way, if i install 285/40/22, willn't the tyres contact underhood while turning?
