It is interesting, thanks for sharing.

When it came out I thought it looks pretty cool. But after seeing it live (evening and night) I have to admit that I don't like the '14 tail lights...

You know it occured to me driving behind another '11-'13 Durango the other night that the taillights already had a sort of dual racetrack thing going on. It just needs a little enhancement. I was thinking of some tint or some other low-translucense film over the middle of the taillight. Ideally it would be pretty much unnoticeable during the day, maybe a little cloudy, but then block out a significant amount of light at night to get the racetrack effect.

That raceway was the reason I decided to go with the 2013. I'm not a fan of it.

The idea of them seemed good but I'm not a fan either.

I hate the way the new tails look. So much so if the 13 model was the same I would not have bought a D.

I have a 14 r/t and I absolutely love the tails. That was one reason I bought a 14 over a 13. Along with the interior and 8speed. You can't miss them on the highway. They do look much better in person than the charger and dart. You will never rearend one these things for sure!
