Your color looks closer to mine (mineral Grey metallic) than the maximum steel though. Mayby it is the light.

I would love to see more pics.

Also, what kind of shop did you go to? Not sure where I would get that done local...
Stripes are just a flat black 3M, just find a shop that does vinyl graphics/signs, car wraps ect. If you want more pics PM me your email.
The shop I used was Rigo's Graphics in El Paso 915-591-8676

Yes a bit darker for contrast, just a Flat Black....they do look different when the sun hits them....

Stripes are about 5-1/8" wide with 1/4" space in between. They just lined them up with my top hood line, ran them down and trimmed and tucked the bottom, they were initially pretty long until cut to fit at the bottom.

I bought a sheet of flat black vinyl. Then I cut them to 3" wide. I didn't want them as wide as the factory ones. I just wanted to break the truck up some since it's so long. I wouldn't change the way they turned out. Plus I did not run mine up in the hood at all.

Why not take them off and have them painted if you really enjoy them?

Some auto vinyl is nasty when pulled off after long periods.

My thoughts exactly.
And then there is always Plasti-Dip, make as many errors as you want with no consequences, except a thinner wallet.

Finally got around to adding the fender stripes, went with a matte red. Turned out great, still a pain in the a$$ working out bubbles, but love the look.
