Default Ordering a '14 limited

So I am military stationed overseas and I am ordering a 2014 limited, hemi, AWD, Premium Group, plus the towing group in Granite Crystal Metallic. This is the most I have ever spent on a vehicle and I am a little nervous. Any input from those out there that already own a durango?

I absolutely love mine! I don't have the Hemi, but I am getting much better gas mileage than I ever thought I would (22.3) and it has gone through 8+ inches of snow with no problems. I only have 5K on mine but so far so good.

thanks for your service to our country! god bless

I want to mimic "50" in saying thank you for your service. You guys do things I could never do!

I really love mine. I have a Hemi RT in the same color you are ordering and could not be happier. Mine is a '13 so you are getting a better transmission and a nicer dash/radio package than mine also. You should also get a couple MPGs above mine also. I averaged about 16.5 mostly city in the warmer weather. Now, my MPGs are down about 1-2 from the winter blend gas!

You will love the power and all the goodies that come with these trucks! Enjoy!

Thank you for your service!!!

I have a 14 Limited 3.6 with the customer preferred package in Billet Silver. I had the 11 Crew before this and I have to say that even though your paying more your definitely getting what you pay for especially with the 8 speed transmission. The acceleration is great. As for snow we are expected to get around 10in so ill let you know how well it does.

Enjoy it

Thanks everyone. We are leaving Japan in July and headed to either Virginia Beach area or Wright Patterson Ohio. This is the first new vehicle I have ever bought for myself and I am super excited. It seems like such a bad *** SUV! Every review I have seen has been good, people seem to love the performance, ride, and uConnect system. I'm not sure if I am going to mod it much. Probably just darker tint on the windows, maybe detachable bike and snowboard racks for my hobbies, and just enjoy it.

Prefer the chrome looks over the blackout RT? If I was going Hemi I would definitely get the RT, not really saving anything by going Unlimited once you upgrade the engine. I had to get some better mileage though so went with a Black & Tan Citadel. The perfect model to me though would be a Grey\Black RT that I could downgrade from the Hemi to the 3.6. I know that defeats the purpose of the RT but I mainly love the looks more than I need the muscle. I got a 5.7 V8 in my Tundra when I want to knock my head back.

Welcome and thanks for being part of our Armed Service. I have owned my 13 RT for one year and 5K miles. I love my truck, its fast relatively speaking for a heavy weight beast that it is. I upgraded many things but most of all I love the Magnaflow exhaust. I only drive 4 miles to work and back and never see the highway so 12-13 mpg is the best I have seen but who cares. Enjoy the ride

I thought the R/T came ONLY with the Hemi; no V-6 option.?
