Pretty sure that a 14 is the same as a 13. The roof rack is deleted, i.e. not installed. Dodge doesn't offer one. You will have to get one in the aftermarket. I think there is a member here who has done so. The R/T's were built to be sleek, hence body cladding that inhibits installation of running boards, and no roof rack.

 

No....aftermarket is only option

Thule feet kit and hold downs with some non thule aluminum bars from a generic kit I had on the old Durango. Had it loaded on a trip to vt and never left a scratch on the paint. installs in seconds so I take it off when not needed. Pricy about 350 for everything not including the ski or board holders.
