Get free oil changes etc... with my 13 Durango R/T & Im due for an oil change. Was wondering if I should uninstall my Hypertech for the service appointment and then put it back on... Thoughts???

1. For speedometer calibrators and tuning
You should return the vehicle to stock before dealer visits (even oil changes) since they sometimes have an open TSB on the vehicle and may decide to update the computer. (Which removes alltuning)
In the event that you do not return to stock first you could get an error 90 when you tried to reprogram and would need to contact us for reloading the unit.
2. For Interceptor products 2011-2014
Since there is no programmed tuning to the vehicles computer updates by the dealer will not effect the tuning but most customers remove the unit before dealer service.

I would remove it just so no eyebrows go up at all.
They tend to over-react to things they dont understand

I just had to take mine in for some warranty work. I removed it just to be on the safe side.

I get free oil changes too, but don't take them up on it. I run a K&N filter and Penzzoil Platinum and the D is smoother and quieter. Even with this cold weather, no lifter tap or chatter. Can't wait to swap out the Charger's oil to PP and K&N too.

If I decide to go synthetic at my first oil change, do I just do a regular change or do I need to flush the dinosaur oil out?
