Default Any shorty headers for 3G Durango yet?

Just curious if anyone has heard if there is any news of some short tube headers for our 3GD coming out? It would also be nice if we knew if the ones for the Ram's and or Chargers would bolt up. Anyone give that a try yet?

Long tubes will give you a little better sound but unless your pushing more displacement you not looking at a big difference in power between a set of shorties and long tubes. Now if I had a new set of heads and a cam the long tubes would be worth it. But right now $2000 for long tubes that will maybe give me 15-20hp....that's too rich for my blood.

You're right about cost vs hp gain, however even with a stock exhaust, long tubes sound fantastic!

Haha...yes but $2000 worth of good? Sadly we don't know how good they will sound with a set of shorties on so the long tubes is all we have to go with. I have a few calls out to JBA and some other makers to see if they plan on making a set. It seems to me that with the growing popularity of the D3 they will be coming out soon.

the durango is not as popular as you think, but luckily, a lot of the grand cherokee stuff works for the durango.

Your right it doesn't matter what I think but the fact that they have sold some decent numbers recently does. And yes they JGC helps us out.

Guess they are popular enough for JBA to have a set coming out soon!
