I'm just curious as to the numbers. 0-60 improvement, gas mileage change etc... I think I might do this for Christmas.

 

I haven't put any meters on it to test 0-60, etc. Seat of pants guess if mid-5's or so.

It's the DD, running six kids to soccer practice, etc., so not a lot of stoplight burnouts...

As you would guess, mileage is the same or better on regular throttle with a custom dyno tune, but worse with pedal in it. No idea how much.

Bottom line is there is way more power everywhere and it is instant, and just great for everyday driving. It is basically and SRT392 D, but with more power.

Any transmission issues?

 

No issues whatsoever. Don't want to threadjack the Ripp blower pages as I am responding to mine, which is a Magnacharger system put together by Joe at Cordes Performance in Phx.

UFO, what kind of tuning issue are they having? And do you think it's related to just "cracking" the 14's? Mine is a 13..... I've sent an email to Ripp inquiring about ordering one. No response yet, and their site shows they don't currently have a system in stock. SMH, really want to get this done

 

it is a issue with cracking the 14s, there are some unknowns in the ecu that has not been cracked i'm guessing. . But i'm not sure they would sell you a kit unless they can get a 13 in the shop to make sure the tuning holds.

they took everything back out for now, i have not paid them. They will figure things out then let me know. I mean i live in walking distance to RIPP, if i wanted to walk 45 mins. Hope to hear from them soon for sure.
